Gorge Clooney: Blasts Against "The Daily Mail" for Reporting Fake News on His Wedding with Amal Alamuddin
Daily Mail reported that Cooney's future mother-in-law opposes her daughter's marriage with the Oscar winning actor Gorge Clooney as of his religious background. As a person he never likes to respond towards the Medias even if they are peeping towards his personal life. But reports from the mail provoked him much and blasted against their reports. After Gorge Clooney blasted against the British newspaper, they revised the entire content and deleted the previous version from the web.
The report is "completely fabricated" and even "dangerous." Clooney said On Wednesday. Eventually, the website apologized and revealed that the report was "launched a full investigation." The article published on Monday and the printed version came out on Tuesday. Now the report is unavailable on website. Leading Hollywood actor, Gorge Clooney's response was published USA Today, on Wednesday morning, which was considered to be an unusual response by Clooney to a Media.
"The Daily Mail has printed a completely fabricated story about my fiancée's mother opposing our marriage for religious reasons," Clooney wrote in USA Today. "It says Amal's mother has been telling 'half of Beirut' that she's against the wedding. It says they joke about traditions in the Druze religion that end up with the death of the bride."
"But this lie involves larger issues," he wrote. "The irresponsibility, in this day and age, to exploit religious differences where none exist, is at the very least negligent and more appropriately dangerous. We have family members all over the world, and the idea that someone would inflame any part of that world for the sole reason of selling papers should be criminal," CNN Reports.
Amal Alamuddin 36, arrived early morning in Venice accompanied by her mother Baria, close friend Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber. Other spotted celebrities who came there for wedding celebration are Matt Damon and wife, Luciana Barroso, guitarist Steve Lukather, actress Ellen Barkin, and Anna Wintour, editor-in-chief of Vogue.
