The Originals Season 2 Episode 4 Spoilers and Preview: Not Only Klaus' Father Mikael But Also His Mother Esther, And Brothers Kol and Finn All Alive and Kicking

The Originals Season 2 episode 2 which airs Monday, October 13, at the 8 PM time slot on the The CW TV network is entitled "Alive and Kicking." Written by Michelle Paradise and Michael Narducci directed by Jeffrey Hunt, the next installment in the spinoff from the Vampire Diaries series will have the relationship between between Elijah (Daniel Gillies) and Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) getting increasingly tense as Klaus (Joseph Morgan) steps in and encourages her to regain her position within her werewolf pack. Although in last week's premiere episode, Hayley was seen finally getting her revenge on Francesca (Petra Sergeant), and Klaus was restored to full strength following the destruction of the moonlight rings, the city was still under the control of the Guerrera werewolves. Despite her now hybrid condition, she must recover her position as the leader of her pack. Elijah on the other hand turns to Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) for help in tracking down a vital piece of information, and in doing so, is forced to remember a time long ago when they were on better terms.

Meanwhile, Mikael (Sebastian Roche) who is still under Davina's (Danielle Campbell) control grows impatient while she attempts to uncover a spell that would protect those closest to her before she unleashes him on Klaus. Elsewhere, Davina and her new friend Kaleb (guest star Daniel Sharman) find themselves in a dangerous situation when unexpected visitors show up and crash their dinner. Finally, Klaus grows suspicious after a meeting with Cassie (guest star Natalie Dreyfuss) doesn't go as he had planned. His mother Esther is alive and is in possession of Cassie's body. His brothers Kol and Finn have been resurrected as well. Kol, it will be learned, is in possession of Davina's new friend Kaleb's body. Finn on the other hand is now Vincent (Yusuf Gatewood), Cami's (Leah Pipes) new thesis adviser. The Mikaelsons just might get their deadly family reunion after all.
