Batman Arkham Knight Release, Reveals, Rumors and Plot: Villains to Include Harley Quinn, the Riddler, Scarecrow, the Penguin, Two Face and the Arkham Knight
As Batman Arkham Asylum hits Playstation 3 Playstation Plus Free section as of October 8, it is about time go down memory lane before the release of the final Batman game, Arkham Knight which is set to be released around, June 2nd 2015. There are many things that stand out including those mementos with the horrible boss fights. The throw mechanic was also something not to mention playing the Joker which ranks up there with the Bane clones. The new game loses the chaotic presence of the Joker with the end of the previous game which saw him killed though there are side plot suggestions that he may be present in one or another in the next game.
That does not mean the next installment is any easier as the Dark Knight will have to come into conflict with the Scarecrow, the Penguin, Harley Quinn, the Riddler and of course Two Face. Similarly, the Batman will have to combat the Arkham Knight this time who may prove to be every bit the adversary. This is after all the last game, and he will have to top the last act of the Joker, so he is definitely going to be quite formidable. According to the game director Sefton Hill, "We wanted to introduce someone who could really challenge Batman, to go head-to-head with him in lots of different ways."
There are some changes of course with this installment including the open world graphics that will be available for the next installment, new generation consoles, hence the introduction of the Batmobile. Rocksteady claims it would have not been feasible in the previous installments, but now there is more space than ever. Apparently, the Arkham Knight is going to be a militarized version of Batman considering the A logo of the Arkham Asylum facility worn on his chest. The Arkham Knight game is the successor to the "Batman: Arkham Origins" prequel game that debuted in 2013.
