Fireflight's Lead Singer Dawn Michele Announces Pregnancy and New Album

Lead singer of Contemporary Christian rock group Fireflight, Dawn Michele, is expecting a child with her husband Matt. Announcing on their Pledge Music Campaign page: "My husband Matt and I, together with our families, are very excited to have discovered that we are pregnant! We are so thrilled to have the privilege of sharing this happy news with you all, whom we consider to be our extended family tree. Each of our branches grow from the same source of life and love, God our Father, and we joyfully welcome a new branch."
Furthermore, the band are preparing for the release of their forthcoming record "Innova," which hits the stores on May 4, 2015. It is also their successfully funded record. "Fireflight was formed in May of 2000 and will be celebrating it's 15th year as a band. This will also be Fireflight's 5th studio album! 5/5/15....pretty cool date to look forward to!" they wrote on their page.
Fireflight was formed in Eustis, Florida in 1999. They have played in ShoutFest, Revelation Generation, and have been featured on The Scars Remain tour with Disciple, Family Force 5, and Decyfer Down. While touring, they wrote their third album, Unbreakable (2008), and released their first single off the album, "Unbreakable". They performed at Winter Jam 2010 and released their fourth full-length album For Those Who Wait in February. On December 1, 2010, they were nominated for their first Grammy award. In 2012 they came out with their fifth full-length album Now.
