Iron Man 4 Latest News and Update: Marvel Released Official Movie Schedule Dates, Sad News for Iron Man Fans - Robert Downey Jr. Says NO PLANS for an 'Iron Man 4' 

One of the most likely Iron Man 4 cast is Robert Downey Jr. Because everyone knows that he is the face of comic book and movie character Tony Stark - the Billionaire who dons the Iron Man armor.

Iron Man 4 Update

Screen Rush reported an interview with Robert Downey Jr. during the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival. Downey Jr. replied, "There isn't one in the pipe. No, there's no plan for a fourth Iron Man." He later added, "I like that the idea is that it would be up to me, like I'm casting director for Marvel."

Downey's Contradictory Statement

In another interview, Downey said some things that sparked the Iron Man 4 rumors. He said that it is up to Marvel Studio President Kevin Feige and Marvel Entertainment CEO Ike Perlmutter as well as Disney on weather an Iron Man 4 movie is a possibility. He was also quoted at one time about how many sequels Iron Man will have. He said, "There will be a fourth 'Iron Man' and a fifth, and a sixth and a 10th and a 20th. I see no reason why Tony Stark can't be as evergreen as James Bond, Batman or for that matter, Spiderman." 

Iron Man 4 News: The Avengers

Even though there's no plans yet for Iron Man 4, Robert Downey Jr. will still return to the screen as Iron Man and a part of the Avengers team. The second installment of the Avenger series will be shown on May 15 of next year. Iron Man will join his fellow Avengers fight Ultron. A powerful android created by Tony Stark himself.
