Beyonce Reveals Her Biggest Battle in Documentary Preview
Beyonce is readying her comeback to the music world after releasing her fourth studio album last year and HBO is giving fans a glimpse of a documentary about the singer who is ready to admit her fears.
Beyonce, 31, is directing and starring in the HBO documentary scheduled for a Feb. 16 release. In a preview released by the network, the Grammy Award-winning singer reveals that she battles with revealing herself to the public.
"I always battle with how much do I reveal about myself," Beyonce said in the 25-second HBO documentary trailer. "If I'm scared be scared, allow it. Release it."
Footage of Beyonce in a recording studio, performing, showing off her baby bump, greeting fans along with her husband and childhood clips are all compiled into the HBO preview. Various people took to HBO's YouTube channel to comment about the preview and upcoming documentary.
"Beyonce carries herself well and knows her self worth. This woman is incredible," one fan remarked.
Another person seemed enamored by the preview saying, "I want more!"
While other YouTube commenters compared Beyonce to singer Rihanna, the former is reportedly in the studio working on her fifth studio album.
Although the singer previously took to her personal Tumblr to announce that she would perform at Super Bowl XLVII, songwriter and known collaborator Terius "The Dream" Nash recently told Billboard that Beyonce will release new music before her coveted performance.
"She's got her stuff going. She took the summer to start recording, and now she's in a place where she's ready to start gearing up to reveal her plan," the songwriter revealed. "She's already gearing up to get ready to put stuff out. I'm sure there will probably be a couple records you hear before the Super Bowl gets here."
