Asbury is renowned for his heartfelt worship songs and deep lyrical content. Born on October 15, 1985, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, he began leading worship at his local church at the age of 14. His passion for music led him to the International House of Prayer in Kansas City in 2005, where he started his full-time ministry career.
Asbury gained widespread recognition with his 2018 hit single "Reckless Love," which topped the Billboard Christian Albums chart and earned him two Dove Awards and a Grammy nomination. The song's success propelled his album of the same name to significant acclaim. Following this, he released "To Love a Fool" in 2020, featuring the Gold-certified single "The Father's House."
