Jamie is a Scottish singer-songwriter renowned for his soulful voice, rhythmic guitar style, and heartfelt storytelling. Born and raised in Kilmarnock, Scotland, Jamie's early life was deeply influenced by music, with artists like Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, and John Mayer shaping his musical tastes.
Initially, Jamie pursued a career in pop music, which led him to Los Angeles. There, he collaborated with prominent figures such as Steve Porcaro of Toto, Randy Jackson, and Babyface. Despite these opportunities, Jamie experienced a profound personal transformation after attending a church service in LA, leading him to embrace Christianity.
Following his conversion, Jamie redirected his musical talents towards Christian music. He signed with Provident Label Group under Sony and released his debut single, "Prize Worth Fighting For," in December 2018. The song achieved significant success, reaching #10 on Billboard's Christian Airplay chart.
Jamie has toured extensively, sharing stages with notable Christian artists such as Casting Crowns, Zach Williams, and For King & Country.
