Beyonce Performing at 2014 MTV VMA Awards Along with Maroon 5, Taylor Swift & Ariana Grande & More
The 2014 MTV Video Music Awards have revealed that Beyonce will be performing at the 2014 MTV VMA's airing at the end of the month. Along with her performance, the "Drunk in Love" singer will be receiving the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. Justin Timberlake was awarded the honor last year.
The 32-year-old entertainer leads the the field this year with eight nominations including Video of the Year and Best Female Video.
Beyonce has won 11 Moonmen to date as well as some memorable VMA performances, including her big pregnancy reveal in 2011 at the end of "Love On Top."
Beyonce' joins Maroon 5 and Taylor Swift as the two most recent performer additions for the Video Music Awards. Other performers already announced include Usher, Ariana Grande and 5 Seconds of Summer.
Beyoncé received the most nominations at this year's MTV Video Music Awards with eight, including Video of the Year for "Drunk in Love," Best Female Video for "Partition," and Best Video with a Social Message for "Pretty Hurts." Eminem and Iggy Azalea were next in line receiving seven nominations each.
Other favorites for the night will be new comer Sam Smith, Pharrell Williams' hit song "Happy," and Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball" all up for various awards.
The 2014 MTV Video Music Awards will air live on MTV on Aug. 24 at 9 p.m. from The Forum in Inglewood, California.
Beyonce' and Jay Z just wrapped up their 'On the Run' Tour 2014 and are bringing their concert to HBO in September 2014.
