Riley Clemmons Surprises Fans with New Single “Runs Deep”

Riley Clemmons debuts a surprise single titled "Runs Deep." Clemmons co-wrote the song with Blessing Offor and Jeff Pardo. She says that the song was written for her 'Church Pew' album but didn't make it on the final record.

"It's gotta special way of combining a handful of my most beloved musical influences... soooo excited to finally share this one as a sweet way little way of closing out the 'Church Pew' chapter. Now dance with me!!!" -Clemmons 

Clemmons has shared in interviews that "Runs Deep" is a deeply personal song for her. She explains that the song was inspired by the idea of relationships-whether romantic, familial, or spiritual-that are built on deep trust and love. For her, the song speaks about how love and faith are not surface-level or fleeting, but instead run deep and endure through life's challenges.
