Kayla Berry Releases Autobiographical New Worship Anthem "Who You Are To Me"

"Who You Are To Me," the autobiographical new worship anthem from Mississippi-based singer/songwriter Kayla Berry, is now available on streaming platforms. Penned by Berry, Carrington Gaines and Corey Voss, the soaring pop track was produced by David Thulin.
Emerging as a versatile vocalist, talented songwriter and inspired worship leader, Berry's "Who You Are To Me" reflects her journey from brokenness to healing. "I went through some things as a child that caused me to battle fear, insecurity, rejection, and low self-esteem," she reveals. "My woundedness led me in and out of toxic relationships, desperately seeking love and acceptance, and I was left more broken and damaged each time. But when I poured out all my pain at the feet of Jesus, I was able to find the healing I needed in so many areas of my life. He began to show me who I really was in Him. He shattered every lie in my head about my identity."
"I live this song every single day of my life," she adds. "When I need comfort, He's there. When I need provision in an area of my life, He comes through. When I can't defend myself, He does it for me. He proves Himself to be everything I could ever need, no matter what I find myself up against. I pray that this song will remind others that He is still All in All, our Protector, Defender, Provider, our Comfort, and so much more."
"Who You Are To Me" arrives on the heels of Berry's recent singles "Easy Lovin' You," "Same God/Gratitude" and "Forgiven," the latter of which features GRAMMY-winning singer/songwriter, worship leader and author Matt Redman.
