Listen to the song HERE.
Chrystal is a powerhouse vocalist who sings from the depths of her sanctified soul. Her vocal prowess has been summoned by the who's who in Gospel, including legends Edwin Hawkins and Daryl Coley, Pastor Shirley Caesar, Richard Smallwood, Donald Lawrence, The Clark Sisters, Yolanda Adams, Pastor Marvin Winans, CeCe Winans, Dr. Judith McAllister and Pastor Donnie McClurkin. She has been featured on recordings by The Edwin Hawkins Music & Arts Seminar Mass Choir, Bishop Paul S. Morton, Jonathan Nelson & Purpose, The GMWA Mass Choir, Ricky Dillard & New G, Anthony Brown & Group Therapy, and many more.
Chrystal released her debut solo album, YOU DESERVE, in 2012 (EPM Music Group). That album included the title track hit single "You Deserve" and helped propel her solo career as a national recording artist.
The beloved vocalist is now releasing an all-new exhilarating single, "I've Got Help." The spirited track, produced by Joshua McDowell for J MAC Music, LLC, was written by Rodney Jennings. McDowell and Jennings crafted the perfect track for Chrystal to showcase her vocal skills and her high-octane, church-girl delivery.
"The uplifting message and musicality of I've Got Help showcases my versatility," says Chrystal. "More importantly, it serves as a firm reminder that God is near and is always here to help us!"
Chrystal's new single is now available on iTunes, Spotify and all digital music outlets. "I've Got Help" is released and distributed by Birdie Entertainment Music Group, the new label under the leadership of industry professional, vocalist, and artist Tyronn Wilkins.
In 2019, Chrystal Rucker officially became Dr. Chrystal Rucker by receiving her Doctorate of Sacred Music Degree from St. Thomas Christian University in Jacksonville, FL. This academic achievement, coupled with her undeniable talent, has solidified her as a staple presence in the Gospel music industry. Her ability to minister to the very essence of one's soul has afforded her uninterrupted favor from her peers and those who continuously invite her to minister.
