Brian Free and Assurace continue, "This morning, Heaven got a little sweeter. Peg McKamey entered the place she sung about for so long. Her anointing, talent, kindness, and unmistakable love for people will be remembered by all of us who were privileged to know her. The message she brought to the world will forever leave a mark. We miss you already, Peg, and we'll see you again soon."
Peg is survived by her husband, Ruben Bean, daughters Connie Fortner and Sheryl Farris, sons Michael Bean and Brian Bean, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
