Meredith Mauldin & UPPERROOM Testify that No Sin Can Stand in Jesus' Way with "You Gave"

Meredith Mauldin & UPPERROOM have released their brand new single "You Gave (feat. Abbie Gamboa)" (DREAM Worship). The song speaks about no sin can ever hinder us from the love of Jesus. Produced by Oscar Gamboa and written by Abbie Gamboa and Meredith Mauldin, "You Gave" is from Mauldin and UPPERROOM's new album The Turning, which will be released on July 29th.
"'You Gave' is a song that highlights how Jesus came to us, not because we had it together, but because we didn't. He chose to give His everything to us, anyway. When our hearts get ahold of the extravagance of what he has done for us, may our response be like Mary, washing his feet with our tears of gratitude!"
There's never a sin Your cross cannot cover
Nothing I've done scares You away
You are not shaken by complicated
Fragile hearts in Your hands are safe
There's never a sin Your cross cannot cover
Nothing I've done scares You away
You are not shaken by complicated
Fragile hearts in Your hands are safe
Mauldin is a passionate worshipper and songwriter that can't help but rally others to do the same. She spent 7 years pioneering the worship and songwriting culture at the UPPEROOM in Dallas and was the founder of their label and publishing company. Meredith has now created a ministry called SongLab, to empower worshipers to minister to the Lord as well as write songs from their hearts and for their local churches.
She has held over 30 SongLabs all over the country since 2019 and releases collective worship music from those events. Her passion is to write songs that will turn the eyes of the bride to Jesus! When she isn't worship leading, she has enjoyed being a voice actor for cartoons for over 22 years and loves hanging out with her husband, Michael and three kids! They currently live in Atlanta, GA.
