Anne Wilson Lists 4 Reasons Why She is Thankful for 2021

Capitol Christian Music Group's singer-songwriter, Anne Wilson has taken the time to reflect upon 2021. The year, for her, had been both a blessing as well as a learning opportunity. She writes, "2021 was by far the most incredible and hardest year all at the same time."
Wilson lists 4 reasons why she is thankful for 2021.
1. She got to travel the world as her career takes off in a big way. She reveals, "I learned so much, traveled the country, saw new things, and grew closer to Jesus."
2. She celebrated her first #1 hit as "My Jesus" became a radio smash. "My debut single "My Jesus" released and forever changed my life. I watched as it hit #1 on the charts and how it was and IS changing the lives of so many people." "My Jesus" is also the longest No. 1 single on Billboard's Christian Airplay chart of 2021. She is also the first female solo artist to hit the top on this chart with a debut song since the chart's inception in 2003.
3. She made her debut appearance at the revered Grand Ole Opry. "I debuted at the @opry."
4. She got to tour with some of the biggest names in the genre. "I had my first ever tour with Big Daddy Weave followed by opening for Zach Williams on his Christmas tour."
Wilson concludes, "This year taught me so many things about life and what's most important. I will forever look back on this year with the upmost gratitude and appreciation for all that God did. 2021 strengthened me and anchored me deep. I'm praying that 2022 will be that much MORE of You Jesus. I want to know You so deeply My Jesus. Can't wait for y'all to see what's coming up SO soon."
