Australian songwriter and worship leader Darlene Zschech has teamed up with Martin Smith to record "Hymn for Our Nation (God Bless Australia)." "I am honoured to sing this song today with @martinsmithtv, co written by @christomlin .. on Australia Day," Zschech writes. "As today represents both pain and joy in our country, the great honour for us today is to sing a blessing over this land and all her people.. "
