Caitie Hurst to Release Album "How Could I Be Silent"

Centricity Music artist Caitie Hurst may be a newcomer, but that hasn't stopped her from climbing the charts and becoming a standout with her early releases. Now the pop CCM singer is releasing her first full album, How Could I Be Silent. Featuring seven songs, all written or cowritten by Hurst, the record will be available August 10 for physical purchase and on all digital platforms.
Working with producers Cody Fry (Ben Rector), Ground Control (Apollo LTD), Colby Wedgeworth (Jordan Feliz, Zach Williams), Justin Morgan (Audio Adrenaline), and Riley Friesen (Brandon Heath, Matt Hammitt), Hurst showcases powerful pop melodies and vocals from the album's first note to last. The new songs offer the same spirit as her current single,"How Could I Be Silent," which made its way to the No. 2 spot on the CHR Indicator chart, plus currently stands at No. 4 on the Hot AC chart.
Industry listeners have instantly recognized the impact of Hurst's dynamic musical style:
"Hurst's song 'Answers' is one of the year's most honest and vulnerable songs. Her singles so far have made a solid entry in what is sure to be a long fulfilling career, and her journey as a music artist is just beginning." -365 Days of Inspiring Media
"I feel like I'm sitting across from the next Amy Grant." -Corey Mann, Pulse FM
Hurst will go on tour with NewSong this fall and For King and Country at Christmastime. For more information, visit her website, Facebook, and Instagram pages
