Matt Hammitt's Last Single & Album with Sanctus Real
Lead singer of Sanctus Real, Matt Hammitt is leaving the group. After 20 years together, Hammitt will be leaving the group this December. The band has announced their "Farewell To A Friend" tour this fall, which will be Hammitt's final tour with the band.
However, Sparrow Records will release a "Greatest Hits" project from Sanctus Real on October 9. The compilation will feature the band's top hits over their 20 year career. It will feature several hit radio singles and fan favorites from over the years. The project will also feature Matt's final recording with the band; a new single titled "Longer Than A Lifetime" going to radio in late August.
