MercyMe Readies Chrismas Album "MercyMe, It's Christmas" & Announces Tour

Multiple Dove Award winners and contemporary Christian band MercyMe will be releasing their brand new Christmas album "MercyMe, It's Christmas" on October 9. The album is produced by Brown Bannister (Amy Grant, Michael W. Smith) and it's the follow-up to their 2005 "The Christmas Sessions." The new Yuletide release will feature re-interpretations of Christmas classics as well as originals. It promises to be both fun and contemplative.
In addition, the band has announced their fall "Greater Than Tour," kicking off this October as well. Hitting a dozen cities this fall, with 27 No. 1 songs under their belt, MercyMe will have plenty to choose from when they bring a night of favorite hits to their audiences, while welcoming award winning artists Phil Wickham, Tim Timmons and speaker John Lynch (see tour routing below and click here for updates).
