Singer and songwriter Josh Wilson who has had hits such as "3 Minute Song," "Before the Morning" and "I Refuse" has released his 10th single "That Was Then, This Is Now," which is available now on iTunes. This song is the title track to Wilson's new album that is scheduled to release later this summer.
"'That Was Then, This Is Now' is Josh's 10th radio single and we're thrilled that stations continue with their tremendous support of his music," shares Grant Hubbard, Capitol CMG, Vice President/National Promotion. "Add date was a fantastic start and we're excited to join Josh in this new season of his career." The song went to radio on April 24th and garnered 35 adds, making it the most added song on Christian radio for that week.
"'That Was This, This Is Now' is an anthem to myself," Wilson states. "It's a reminder that I'm not defined by what I've done in my past, but by who I am in Jesus Christ. I hope that as people hear this song, they are reminded, as 1 John 1:9 says, 'If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.' What freedom we have, and we don't even have to earn it! The work is already done by the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. Because of Christ, we can say about our past, 'that was then, and this is now.'"
